Responsibilities

Use your maintenance knowledge to review and validate estimates above our standard not to exceed limits
Share maintenance knowledge with internal teams by leading training and providing context on complex scopes
Serve as a liaison to vendors for all needs regarding scope and pricing
Support our R&M team by remaining available and processing onsite increase requests
Reviewing the quality of work to assist our teams with escalations.
Assist in projects regarding price books and standardization
Review invoice submissions to ensure the work has been completed and pricing is inline with expectations
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in residential maintenance, construction, home insurance, or estimating
Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate deals and an understanding of fair and optimal pricing structures
Excellent planning, organization, delivery skills, and comfortable in high-pressure situations
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication to work successfully with a range of stakeholders including regional employees, field staff, office staff, executive leadership, and external customers
Thrives in a fast-paced and startup environment
Tech-savvy

$60,000 - $74,000

$60,000 - $74,000 annually. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and premium location.

Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position. Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors. Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only a part of our total compensation package.

About the Role
