- Experience & Education 3+ years of multi-craft (electrical & mechanical) industrial maintenance experience, OR a Trade School Certification / Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance
- Technical & Electrical Mastery Hands-on experience with 3-phase power, PLC systems, relay logic, motor controls, electrical conduit installation, and testing devices (ammeters, meggers, gauges)
- Mechanical & Facility Skills Proficient in mechanical tool repair, pneumatics, basic plumbing, HVAC, masonry, and general facility maintenance
- Core Competencies Exceptional diagnostic agility, mechanical aptitude, schematic reading, computer literacy, effective communication, and willingness to cross-train
- Physical & Availability Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, with flexibility to work short-notice overtime as production requires
