What You’ll Do
As a General Laborer, you’ll support daily production and help ensure every product meets Techo-Bloc’s high quality standards. You’ll work alongside machine operators and assist with key processes such as:
- Inspect finished product for height, shape, color, and consistency
- Perform quality checks and remove defective pieces as needed
- Rework/replace blocks to ensure every pallet is customer-ready
- Package finished product by adding:packaging materialstop sheetlabelsfinal quality check before going to the yard

- Keep all products packaged neatly, safely, and securely
- Assist with production support tasks such as:pallet repairgeneral maintenance supportyard supportother assigned tasks to keep production moving

- Maintain a clean work area and support plant clean-up
- Follow all safety practices including PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures
