Metal Fabrication Specialist

Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator Location: Richmond, VA Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM Overtime and occasional Saturday work may be required. Pay Rate: Starting at $22.00/hour Compensation may increase based on experience and welding/fabrication background. Role Overview This position is responsible for fabricating and assembling a variety of metal components such as rail systems, stair assemblies, ladders, and other miscellaneous steel items. The role requires strong blueprint comprehension, hands-on fabrication ability, and the flexibility to work efficiently in a production-oriented environment with changing priorities.
