Steel Assembly & Fabrication Specialist Location: Arlington, TN Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00/hour+ (based on experience) Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM Occasional Saturday overtime may be required Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Steel Assembly & Fabrication Specialist to join a growing manufacturing team on second shift. This position plays a key role in the preparation, fitting, and assembly of structural steel components used in a variety of fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting fabrication drawings, laying out steel components, and preparing assemblies for welding while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
