Production Lead

GTI is a contract manufacturing partner supporting customers in renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, and industrial systems. GTI Values: Safey I Quality I Customer Obsession I Speed I Agility The Electrical Lead at GTI Fabrication’s Buffalo manufacturing site is responsible for leading and overseeing all electrical work within an industrial production environment. This role supports both new construction and ongoing maintenance of manufacturing equipment, energy systems, and facility infrastructure. The Electrical Lead will supervise a team of electricians and electrical technicians, coordinate closely with maintenance leadership, engineering, and production teams, and ensure all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards. This position plays a key role in minimizing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting continuous manufacturing operations.
