Production Manager

This role is responsible for driving schedule attainment, workforce leadership, production efficiency, safety, quality, and operational performance across assigned manufacturing areas. The ideal candidate will have experience leading production teams within fabrication, electro-mechanical assembly, industrial manufacturing, or complex integration environments and possess a hands-on leadership style focused on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
