Value Stream Supervisor

GTI Values: Safey I Quality I Customer Obsession I Speed I Agility Position Overview The Value Stream Supervisor – Welding is responsible for leading a defined segment of the welding and fabrication value stream. This role ensures consistent production flow across manual and robotic welding operations while improving First Pass Yield (FPY), reducing rework, and driving performance against cycle time, takt time, and on-time delivery. The Value Stream Supervisor plays a critical role in managing flow, identifying constraints, and driving Continuous Improvement across welding operations in a contract manufacturing environment.
