What You’ll Do (We’ll Train You)
- Learn to work from drawings and written work instructions, with step-by-step guidance and support from experienced teammates.
- Assist with machine set-ups and operating conditions, learning how equipment works and when to ask for help—we encourage questions.
- Help maintain quality and productivity standards, making simple adjustments as you build confidence and skills.
- Inspect parts using basic measuring tools (such as micrometers and verniers) and visual checks—training is provided.
- Perform visual inspections to check part and weld quality, and learn when additional inspection is needed.
- Learn how we use quality tools and data (including SPC) to prevent issues and continuously improve our processes.
- Use basic computer systems to record work and labor time, with hands-on training provided.
