What You Bring to the Team:
- Technical Expertise Proven experience with CAT5e, fiber optics, and networking.

- Field Skills Ability to read blueprints/site maps; conduit installation experience is a plus.
- Soft Skills Strong people skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Tools & Mobility You own basic telecom tools/PPE and have reliable transportation.
- Road Warrior Spirit Must be available for extensive travel (6–8 weeks at a time).
- Ultimate Flexibility Willing to work on-call, early mornings, nights, and weekends as project requirements shift.
- Driving Record Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUI/DWI within the last 3 years).
