Your work will include
- Adjust, repair and replace doors, door hardware, windows, window glass
- Fabricate, adjust, repair and replace counter tops, drawers, cupboards
- Installs shelving, washroom accessories
- Repair or replaces ceiling tile, drywall ceiling, floor covering, drywall and wooden wall covering
- Repair, Patch and paint to industry standard
- Plumbing knowledge would be an asset
- Operates woodworking equipment such as metal brake, drill, circular saw, reciprocating saw, table saw, miter saw
- Orders lumber, hardware, spare parts and accessories and maintain reasonable level of inventory to minimize completion time of the work orders

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Grade 12 Diploma
- Valid Ontario Carpentry Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Knowledge and ability to work with carpentry machinery safely
- Certified to work at heights, using step ladder, scissor lift
- A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
