The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing excellent experience in massage therapy to aid in the general wellness of the client.

Spa Operations. Exemplify excellent guest service and create a positive atmosphere. Ensure the highest quality of massage treatments to drive guest satisfaction.
The Massage Therapist will provide gold standard in spa services by performing massage and or/body treatments. Assess clients’ body conditions to determine best treatment practices.
Provide exceptional guest service as team members and guests enter the facility.
Utilize, maintain, and conduct inventory of necessary supplies and products.
The Massage Therapist will maintain cleanliness of work area ensuring it is presentable and stocked after each shift.
Demonstrate and sell spa products.
The Massage Therapist will upsell and/or recommend upgrades based on availability to enhance the guests experience.
Must be open to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Operating Policies and Procedures, Follow all spa policies and procedures.
