- Prepare and distribute assignments and make any necessary adjustments during each shift according to business needs.
- Inspect and approve cleaning of all designated areas.
- Handle personnel-related matters including but not limited to hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Check all cleaning aids and equipment; ensure that they are in proper working order and are in compliance with safety standards.
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs; follow up to ensure completion.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris.
- Responsible for property clean up including bio-chemical material.
- Other duties as assigned by management
