- Experience & EducationHigh School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of verifiable work experience in mechanical drive trains and machine repair; OR an Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Journeyman certification, or Millwright certification with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Technical ExpertiseStrong working knowledge of bearing preloads, gear sets, and AC/DC drives.
- Core CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, root-cause investigation mindset, high attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Physical RequirementsAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and willingness to work overtime when needed.
