Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Repair Diagnose, inspect, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools.
- Preventative Maintenance Follow predictive and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, reduce waste, and improve machine performance.
- Electrical & Automated Systems Install, inspect, and repair motors, wiring, switchboards, relays, and circuit breakers in compliance with safety standards.
- Continuous Improvement Partner with production teams and engineers to identify root causes of equipment issues and implement long-term fixes.
- Safety & Quality Inspect and maintain shop equipment in alignment with OSHA standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Facility Support Support general facility upkeep, including HVAC, plumbing, and routine grounds maintenance as needed.
Qualifications

- High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical repair experience.
- Strong analytical, mechanical, and logical troubleshooting aptitude.
- Relevant technical certifications/licenses are preferred (or obtained within specified timeline).
- Driven by safety, curiosity, continuous improvement, and team success.
