- Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow, and continuous improvement strategies (e.g., ELS, Six Sigma, continuous flow, 5S) and the ability to integrate them into daily operations.
- Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated understanding of financial systems, annual budgeting, and key operational cost drivers.
