- Education High School Diploma/GED required. A Technical Certificate or Associate’s Degree in CNC Machining is highly preferred.
- Experience 3-5 years of hands-on CNC experience or equivalent training.
- Technical Skills * Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and hand/power tools.Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).The "Plus" Factor Familiarity or working knowledge of G-code is a significant advantage.

- Physical Readiness Ability to stand for 75% of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a loud manufacturing environment with appropriate PPE.
