- Trade School Certification / Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent journeyman-level experience.
- Analytical Curiosity: A root-cause problem-solving mindset to identify why equipment fails rather than applying quick fixes.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read technical drawings, troubleshoot 3-phase/PLC systems, and safely use testing instruments.
- Adaptability & Teamwork: Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and willingness to work overtime and support team goals.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- 3+ years in multi-craft (electrical/mechanical) industrial maintenance.
- Experience with process equipment, roll maintenance, or automated production systems.
