Job description

Location: 1435 S. Euclid Ave, Tucson AZ 85713

Handle High Call Volumes Efficiently manage a large number of inbound and outbound calls daily, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing timely solutions.
Proactive Outbound Communication Initiate outbound calls to follow up on service inquiries, inform customers about promotions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored HVAC service solutions.
Collaboration Work closely with the dispatch and technician teams to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
Documentation Accurately record customer interactions, service details, and other relevant information in the company’s CRM system.
Experience Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, especially in the HVAC or related industry, is preferred.
Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
High Drive Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Ability to think quickly, resolve customer issues effectively, and handle stressful situations with composure.
Technical Proficiency Comfortable using computer systems, scheduling tools, and CRM software.
Pay: $16-$19 Per Hour
