What You’ll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems under warranty
Perform detailed system evaluations and identify root causes (not just symptoms)
Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining issues and solutions with confidence
Complete warranty work accurately and efficiently while maintaining manufacturer standards
Document work performed and parts used in ServiceTitan (preferred)
Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential required)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (electrical, airflow, system performance)
Experience handling warranty-related service calls preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
ServiceTitan experience is a plus
