Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a 3rd shift environment
- 7+ years of experience in warehousing and distribution
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) required; experience with SAP strongly preferred
- Experience with forklift operation and other warehouse equipment
- Must be available to work third-shift hours and occasional overtime as required to meet operational demands
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Thorough knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Experience working in a Union environment
