- 15+ years of progressive quality leadership experience within manufacturing environments.
- 7+ years of experience leading diverse teams across multiple locations, countries, and cultures.
- Demonstrated success managing regional or global quality operations in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience establishing quality metrics, leading quality transformations, and driving measurable business improvements.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional quality certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent.
- Experience within HVAC, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, or other complex engineered-product industries.
- Experience with internationally recognized quality standards such as ISO 9001 and related quality frameworks.
