Manage technical work packages for new product development supplier selection
Own pricing updates and approvals in coordination with business unit leaders
Support long-term pricing agreements (LTA review, escalation tracking)
Conduct proactive supplier outreach to drive quoting, backlog alignment, and issue resolution
Lead follow-up on Supplier RMAs, repair quotes, and non-conforming product claims
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and contracts to resolve delivery and quality issues
Contribute to SIOP planning and backlog clean-up initiatives
Remain current on industry events affecting primary customers, suppliers, and competition
Internal liaison between departments involved at different stages of the development cycle
Support the Project Engineers and Program Managers in preparing material for customer visits
Actively manage past proposal activities and proposals currently in work
Take on special projects, as assigned
