Promote and enforce a safe working environment, including compliance with PPE and safety procedures

Escalate critical concerns appropriately while maintaining shift continuity and operational stability
Train, mentor, and develop employees to build a reliable and accountable team
Conduct employee evaluations and contribute to hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to lead effectively with minimal support
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and operational excellence
Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining positive working relationships
