Please note This is an outdoor, physically demanding position with a 3:00 AM start time. Candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Previous pressure washing experience is an asset.
- Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning or exterior maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate pressure washing and cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
- Ability to work varying days, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, push and pull.
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate pressure washing equipment.
