Physical Requirements

Please note This is an outdoor position. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and working evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is an asset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working outdoors.
Ability to safely operate a golf cart, leaf blower and other equipment.
Flexibility to work varying days, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, reach, push and pull.
Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
