- Ability to safely operate a golf cart, leaf blower and other equipment.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning duties.
- Ability to work outdoors for the duration of the shift.
