What You’ll Do
- Complete HVAC repairs, replacements, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance across assigned properties

What We’re Looking For
- State-issued HVAC license required
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and scheduling
- Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
- Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends as needed
